An Alien game is a story told under pressure, and the details that matter are the ones nobody writes down in the moment: who opened the hatch, what the company rep said in the corridor, when the crew first heard the noise in the vents. Daria records the session and writes the recap the same evening, so the mission log exists even though everyone was too busy surviving to keep one.
Cinematic scenarios are often a single session. Daria records the one-shot, recaps it, and keeps it searchable like any other — and when a campaign runs for months, the record keeps growing with it, so a colony, a contract or a crewmate from early on is still a question away.
Ship names, colonies, corporations and the crew’s own call signs are proper nouns a transcriber has never heard. Add them to your campaign glossary — any player can — and Daria transcribes them the way your table says them.
